Alternance de cours (12 h) et de travaux pratiques (6 h)
En fin de formation, un test d'évaluation d'acquisition des connaissances sera effectué et une correction collective commentée permettra au stagiaire de se positionner sur l'atteinte des objectifs de la formation.
Des supports papier seront mis à disposition du stagiaire.

OBJECTIFS
-

Acquérir ou parfaire ses connaissances dans les domaines de la fonctionnalisation de surfaces par des biomolécules (oligonucléotides, ADN, peptides, protéines, anticorps, enzymes, glycosides, etc.) et de l'immobilisation des microorganismes (bactéries, etc.)

Expérimenter une mesure de bioreconnaissance : application biocapteur

Acquérir des connaissances dans les techniques de détection optique, électrochimique

Connaître les différentes techniques de caractérisation de surface

PUBLICS
Techniciens, ingénieurs, chercheurs ayant des activités aux interfaces entre la chimie, les matériaux, la biologie et la santé

Afin d'adapter le contenu du stage aux attentes des stagiaires, un questionnaire téléchargeable ICI devra être complété et renvoyé au moment de l'inscription.
PRÉREQUIS
Connaissances générales en chimie et/ou biochimie (niveau Bac + 2 ou équivalent)
PROGRAMME
Partie théorique (12 h) :
- Les biomolécules : structure, réactivité
- Les biopuces, les biocapteurs dans le domaine de l'analyse biologique
- Introduction aux techniques de détection optique, électrochimique
- Immobilisation d'enzymes et de cellules : supports, méthodes et applications
- Les principales chimies de surface, chimies "Click"
- Méthodes de caractérisation de surface (microscopies, IR...)
- Nanomatériaux, nanomédecine
- Traitement des surfaces et bioadhésion

Partie pratique (6 h) :
- Suivi d'une réaction de reconnaissance biologique
- Mesure d'une activité enzymatique sur surface

Lecteur de plaque multimode, SPR, spectrophotomètre UV / visible
